1) Should I compulsorily register to shop with SantaStoresTM?
Yes. We expect the user to Register and shop with us to avail the privileges and offers issued toits members.
2) How do I make payments ?
SantaStoresTM offers the below mentioned payment options :

3) Do I get any confirmation upon placing the order ?
Yes.You will get a confirmatory e-mail to your registered e-mail id.
4) How can I track my order ?
All notifications will be sent via mail. The order status and Tracking details will be notified to the user through e-mail.
5) What are the current areas of delivery ?
Currently we ship across India.For more information please read Shipping Policy.
6) When will the products get delivered ?
The products will be dispatched within 48 working hrs of placing the order. However if the requested item goes out of stock due to unexpehcted reasons, the customer care will inform estimated shipping information to the user.The user will be informed about all changes in delivery.
7) What is the delivery timing ?
All deliveries will occur between 10 A.M to 8 P.M. .
8) What is the minimum purchase ?
There is no minimum purchase value.
9) How do I return the order ?
Please note that the user can return only orders that are found to defective/damaged upon delivery. The user is expected to write to our customer care team within 24 hrs of receiving the order.
