At Santa Stores, we want you to have a smooth and convenient shopping experience when purchasing Christmas trees, Christmas decorations, Christmas ornaments and festive décor online in India. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from Santa Stores may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include the original receipt, invoice or other valid proof of purchase.

• Be reported and returned in accordance with the terms of this policy.

For products that arrive defective or damaged, customers should contact Santa Stores customer care as soon as possible after delivery with details of the issue.

Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be coordinated with Santa Stores.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

• Certain health and personal care products

• Products that are not eligible for return under the applicable product-specific conditions

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery or altered by the customer may also not qualify for a return.

Damaged or Defective Christmas Products

If you receive a damaged or defective Christmas tree, Christmas decoration, ornament or other product, please contact Santa Stores customer care with the relevant order details.

For faster assistance, customers should provide photographs or other details showing the condition of the product received.

After reviewing the information, our team will advise you regarding the applicable return, replacement or refund process.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, Santa Stores will send an email confirming receipt of the returned item.

We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the applicable return conditions.

If your refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed to your original payment method, subject to the processing time of the relevant payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your approved refund, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account or payment account again.

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as refunds may take some time to be reflected.

3. Contact your bank regarding any pending refund processing.

Sale and Discounted Products

Only products purchased at the regular price are eligible for a refund under the terms applicable to the order.

Sale and discounted products are non-refundable, unless otherwise specifically stated by Santa Stores.

Exchanges

Santa Stores offers product exchanges where an item is defective or damaged, subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions.

Gift Orders

Customers returning higher-value products are advised to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Santa Stores cannot guarantee receipt of a returned package that does not have adequate tracking or delivery confirmation.

The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on the delivery location and shipping service.
